Sephora Beauty Services Team Leader

- Ensure the implementation of Sephora's sales model by beauty advisors, addressing issues promptly and collaborating with the operations team to maintain merchandising standards and adequate stock levels.
- Maintain a performance-driven culture by identifying performance management situations and providing timely feedback.
- Contribute to the training and development of service specialists, participating in regular follow-up meetings.
- Support comprehensive team training on interactive technologies available to clients.
- Assist in organizing in-store events to achieve store objectives and meet client needs.
- Understand the performance of Beauty Services and store business opportunities, ensuring appropriate zone allocation to meet client needs.
- Evaluate overall store sales performance, Beauty Studio success, adherence to internal policies, team engagement, and other factors.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional services.
- Experience in managing and developing a diverse team to drive sales and provide outstanding customer service.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
