Sephora Beauty Services Team Leader

- Ensure the implementation of Sephora's sales model by beauty advisors and address issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the operations team to maintain merchandising standards and adequate stock levels.
- Identify performance management situations and provide timely feedback.
- Contribute to the training and skill development of service specialists and participate in regular follow-up meetings.
- Support comprehensive training on interactive technologies available to clients.
- Assist in organizing in-store events to meet store objectives and client needs.
- Understand the performance of Beauty Services and business opportunities within the store.
- Evaluate overall store sales performance, adherence to internal policies, team engagement, and other factors.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Experience in managing and developing a diverse team to drive sales and provide outstanding customer service.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using interactive technology and tools.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
