- Oversee daily operations of the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Drive the strategy and execution of personalized client services, including makeup applications and skincare treatments.
- Collaborate with brand partners to plan and execute in-store classes and events.
- Coach and develop the Paid-Service Beauty Advisor team to enhance client experiences.
- Manage the Online Reservation system to optimize Beauty Advisors' availability and class scheduling.
- Ensure effective management of in-store events to maximize client engagement and sales.
- Facilitate the training and certification process for Beauty Advisors, enhancing their artistry skills.
- Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback for improvement.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors to ensure a seamless in-store experience.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service industries.
- Proven track record in coaching teams and a passion for training and development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in generating business or executing community-focused events.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and team development abilities.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance client services.
2-4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service industries.
Competitive salary range from $54,800 to $68,500, based on location, internal equity, and experience.
