1. Oversee daily operations of the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio.
2. Lead and develop the Paid-Service Beauty Advisor team to deliver high-quality client experiences.
3. Manage the Online Reservation system and ensure efficient client check-in processes.
4. Plan and execute in-store events to maximize client engagement and sales opportunities.
5. Ensure Beauty Advisors utilize technology innovations to enhance client services.
6. Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback.
7. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and staff on the sales floor.

1. Minimum of 2-4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service.
2. Proven track record in team coaching and development.
3. Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in business generation or event execution.

3. Passion for training, development, and education in beauty services.
