Sephora Beauty Service Specialist

1. Deliver professional beauty services (makeup application, waxing, false eyelash application and other services listed on Sephora’s Beauty Services menu).
2. Achieve store sales and productivity goals by selling products, rebooking and retaining clients through personalised consultations.
3. Maintain active licensure and adhere to health, safety and hygiene standards for all beauty services.
4. Provide an inclusive, welcoming client experience that reflects Sephora standards and fosters repeat business.
5. Support team objectives by participating in product education, sharing trend knowledge and collaborating with colleagues.
6. Work scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; meet minimum weekly shift/hour requirements.

1. Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application where services are performed.
2. 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
3. Deep knowledge of beauty products, services, techniques and current industry trends.
4. Proven ability to deliver personalised client service and build lasting relationships.
5. Reliable attendance, punctuality and ability to meet scheduled shift requirements.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service; demonstrated record of personalised client service.

High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology/esthetician certification preferred where applicable.
