1. Lead and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve high levels of motivation and customer satisfaction.
2. Provide continuous training to enhance makeup skills, selling techniques, and product knowledge.
3. Conduct performance evaluations and create personalized development plans for team members.
4. Manage employee relations issues, including attendance and performance concerns.
5. Drive sales performance by setting and achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
6. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and provide expert consultations and recommendations.
7. Oversee inventory control and ensure product organization for operational efficiency.
8. Monitor loss prevention protocols and conduct regular stock audits.
9. Maintain Sephora's operational standards, including cash handling and health and safety protocols.
10. Support new store openings by assisting with merchandise setup and stockroom organization.

1. Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry.
2. Strong passion for the beauty industry and ability to coach and mentor others.
3. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
4. Strong sales acumen and ability to meet sales targets.
5. Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Knowledge of employee relations issues and disciplinary processes.
7. Comfortable using technology for inventory management and customer engagement.
8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.
