- Provide expert support and advice to customers across all departments, including Makeup, Skincare, Hair Care, and Fragrance.
- Share knowledge about products, trends, and beauty news with customers and team members.
- Deliver short and insightful services in all departments.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising specifications.
- Maintain a fully stocked sales floor and prepare products for sale.
- Manage warehousing and stocking of goods both in the warehouse and on the sales floor.
- Completed training in hair care with a minimum duration of six months.
- At least three years of professional experience in hair care.
- Mature experience in retail, consulting, and customer interaction.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
- Fluency in English or the native language of the country.
