1. Provide personalised product recommendations across skincare, colour cosmetics and fragrance, matching solutions to each client’s needs.
2. Drive sales through active selling, suggestive selling and consistent achievement of individual and store targets.
3. Build and sustain client relationships by delivering service aligned with the Sephora Attitude and brand standards.
4. Perform makeup application and product demonstrations when required to support conversion and client education.
5. Maintain visual merchandising standards: ensure product displays are clean, stocked and presentation-ready.
6. Contribute to daily store operations, including stock replenishment and upkeep of retail hygiene and presentation.
7. Work a flexible part-time schedule including availability for 2–3 selected Saturdays and trade Sundays.

1. Natural aptitude for building rapport with clients and a passion for beauty and cosmetics.
2. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service; experience in makeup application is an advantage.
3. Proven team player who is motivated by meeting team and individual sales objectives.
4. Full availability for scheduled part-time hours, specifically the ability to work selected Saturdays and trade Sundays.
5. Communicative level of English is preferred.
