1. Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend appropriate cosmetics, skincare and fragrance solutions.
2. Drive sales through active selling, upselling and achievement of individual and team targets.
3. Deliver exceptional client service in line with the Sephora Attitude standards, building long-term customer relationships and clienteling.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards: ensure product displays are clean, replenished and presentation-ready.
5. Support in-store events, product demonstrations and makeup services as required.

1. Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrable aptitude for building rapport with clients.
2. Genuine interest in beauty, current trends and product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
3. Proven experience in retail sales or customer service; makeup application experience is advantageous.
4. Availability for full-time shifts including 2–3 selected Saturdays and trade Sundays.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to collective sales objectives.
