Sephora Beauty Consultant

- Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend appropriate cosmetics, skincare and fragrance solutions.
- Drive sales through active selling, upselling and achievement of individual and team targets.
- Deliver exceptional client service in line with the Sephora Attitude standards, building long-term customer relationships and clienteling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards: ensure product displays are clean, replenished and presentation-ready.
- Support in-store events, product demonstrations and makeup services as required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrable aptitude for building rapport with clients.
- Genuine interest in beauty, current trends and product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service; makeup application experience is advantageous.
- Availability for full-time shifts including 2–3 selected Saturdays and trade Sundays.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to collective sales objectives.

Entry-level position; prior retail sales or customer service experience is preferred. Practical experience in makeup application or beauty consultations is advantageous.
