1. Advise customers on selection and use of cosmetics and skincare based on individual needs and preferences.
2. Actively engage clients to drive sales and achieve personal and store targets.
3. Deliver client service in accordance with the Sephora Attitude, cultivating long‑term customer relationships and loyalty.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards: ensure product displays are clean, correctly stocked and replenished on the salesfloor.
5. Support in‑store promotional activities and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

1. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and sustain relationships with retail clients.
2. Interest and knowledge of the beauty industry, current products and trends.
3. Experience in retail sales or customer service (prior cosmetics/makeup experience advantageous).
4. Flexible availability for on‑site shifts, including the ability to work 2–3 selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.
5. Basic communicative English is desirable; makeup application experience is a plus.

Entry‑level role; prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Practical experience in makeup application or previous work in beauty retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
