Sephora Beauty Consultant

- Advise customers on selection and use of cosmetics and skincare based on individual needs and preferences.
- Actively engage clients to drive sales and achieve personal and store targets.
- Deliver client service in accordance with the Sephora Attitude, cultivating long‑term customer relationships and loyalty.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards: ensure product displays are clean, correctly stocked and replenished on the salesfloor.
- Support in‑store promotional activities and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and sustain relationships with retail clients.
- Interest and knowledge of the beauty industry, current products and trends.
- Experience in retail sales or customer service (prior cosmetics/makeup experience advantageous).
- Flexible availability for on‑site shifts, including the ability to work 2–3 selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.
- Basic communicative English is desirable; makeup application experience is a plus.
