- Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback to enhance service quality.
- Drive staff productivity and engagement to meet organizational goals.
- Manage stock availability and ensure efficient replenishment processes.
- Adhere to operational routines and compliance standards.
- Achieve sales turnover targets and develop the beauty category.
- Monitor and control key retail figures such as conversion rates and average basket values.
- Conduct scheduled inventory checks and manage stock levels.
- Support beauty classes and provide short services across all departments.
- Maintain product presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Ensure sales floor is fully stocked and prepare products for sale.
- Clean and organize sales floor furniture and products.
- Assist with merchandising updates and inventory processes.
- Operate cash register and handle additional daily business tasks.
- Experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy sectors.
- First-hand experience in retail, customer advising, and interaction.
- Fluency in English or the native language of the country.
- Strong communication skills with customers.
- Organized, reliable, and communicative.
- Team spirit with an open, motivating, and friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
Beginner level experience in retail or customer service is required.
