Sephora Beauty Consultant (Part-time)

1. Deliver personalised product recommendations and beauty solutions based on client needs and preferences.
2. Proactively drive sales and contribute to the achievement of store and individual sales targets.
3. Build and maintain client relationships through service consistent with the Sephora Attitude, including follow-up and clienteling.
4. Maintain product presentation and merchandising standards: ensure cleanliness, replenishment and accurate shelf placement.
5. Demonstrate product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance; participate in in‑store launches and promotional activities.

1. Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with clients.
2. Genuine interest and knowledge of the beauty industry, products and trends.
3. Proven experience in sales or customer service; retail experience preferred.
4. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to achieving collective goals.
5. Full availability for the agreed part‑time schedule, including the ability to work 2–3 selected Saturdays and retail Sundays as required.
6. Communicative English is a plus; makeup application experience is desirable.
