1. Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback
2. Enhance staff productivity and engagement
3. Manage stock availability and replenishment efficiency
4. Adhere to operational routines
5. Achieve turnover targets
6. Develop product categories
7. Monitor retail key figures such as MS, IPT, AVB, CR, and service numbers
8. Conduct inventory on schedule
9. Manage sickness and employee turnover rates
10. Provide short services in all departments
11. Support beauty classes
12. Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards
13. Maintain assortment and merchandise
14. Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and prepare products for sale
15. Clean furniture and products on the sales floor
16. Manage warehousing and stocking of goods
17. Support merchandising updates
18. Operate cash register
19. Perform additional tasks related to daily business operations

1. Experience or interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy sectors
2. First experience in retail and customer service
3. Fluent in English or the native language of the country

Beginner level experience in retail or customer service is required.
