- Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback to enhance service quality.
- Maximize staff productivity and engagement through effective management.
- Maintain stock availability and ensure efficient replenishment processes.
- Adhere to operational routines and compliance standards.
- Achieve turnover targets and contribute to category development.
- Monitor and control retail key figures such as MS, IPT, AVB, and CR.
- Conduct scheduled inventory checks and manage sickness and employee turnover rates.
- Provide short services across all departments and support beauty classes.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising specifications.
- Maintain assortment and merchandise, ensuring sales floor readiness.
- Clean and organize sales floor furniture and products.
- Manage warehousing and stocking of goods both in the warehouse and on the sales floor.
- Assist with merchandising updates and conduct inventories.
- Operate cash register and perform additional daily business tasks.
- Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy sector.
- First experience in retail and customer advisory roles.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
- Fluency in English or the native language of the country.
- Strong organizational and team spirit skills.
- Open, motivating, and friendly demeanor.
Beginner level experience in retail or customer service roles.
