1. Provide personalised consultations and recommend products that match each client's needs and preferences.
2. Proactively drive sales and contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.
3. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through service delivered in line with the Sephora Attitude standards.
4. Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld: maintain product presentation, cleanliness and stock replenishment on the sales floor.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to meet team objectives and support a high-performing store environment.
6. Participate in promotional events, product demonstrations and occasional makeup services for clients.
7. Be available to work retail peak hours, including selected Saturdays and designated trading Sundays.

1. Proven ability to establish rapport and strong relationships with customers.
2. Interest in and knowledge of the beauty sector, product categories and current trends.
3. Experience in retail sales or customer service (preferred even at entry level).
4. Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving collective goals.
5. Full availability for retail hours, including the ability to work 2–3 selected Saturdays and shopping Sundays.
6. Desirable: communicative level of English.
7. Desirable: practical experience in makeup application.
