Sephora Beauty Consultant

- Provide active support and advice to customers in makeup, skincare, hair care, and fragrance departments.
- Exhibit the Sephora Attitude by welcoming, knowing, and closing sales.
- Utilize in-depth product knowledge to sell products and establish customer relationships.
- Share knowledge about products, trends, and beauty news.
- Continuously develop personal expertise and share it with the team.
- Conduct beauty classes and manage the Beauty Hub.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain assortment and merchandise on the sales floor.
- Prepare products for sale and ensure the sales floor is fully stocked.
- Clean furniture and products on the sales floor.
- Manage warehousing and stocking of goods.
- Support merchandising updates and conduct inventories.
- Operate the cash register and handle additional daily business tasks.
- Completed training in relevant departments with a minimum training period of 6 months.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
- Fluency in English or the native language of the country.
- Communicative, reliable, and organized with a team spirit.
- Open, motivating, and friendly demeanor.
At least 3 years of professional experience in retail, consulting, and customer interaction within the beauty industry.
