- Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback to enhance service quality.
- Drive staff productivity and engagement to meet operational goals.
- Manage stock availability and ensure efficient replenishment processes.
- Adhere to operational routines and compliance standards.
- Achieve turnover targets and contribute to category development.
- Monitor and control key retail figures such as MS, IPT, AVB, and CR.
- Conduct scheduled inventory checks and manage employee turnover.
- Support beauty classes and provide short services across departments.
- Maintain product presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and prepared for customers.
- Clean and maintain furniture and products on the sales floor.
- Manage warehousing and stocking of goods.
- Assist with merchandising updates and inventory tasks.
- Operate the cash register and handle daily business tasks.
- Fluent in English or the native language of the country.
- Experience or interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy.
- First experience in retail and customer advisory roles.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Strong organizational and reliability skills.
- Team spirit with an open, motivating, and friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of beauty industry trends.
- People-oriented with creativity and innovation drive.
Beginner level experience in retail or customer service, particularly in beauty or related sectors.
