- Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Enhance staff productivity and engagement.
- Manage stock availability and replenishment efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with operational routines.
- Achieve turnover targets and develop the category.
- Control retail key figures such as MS, IPT, AVB, CR, and number of services.
- Conduct scheduled inventory checks.
- Maintain low sickness and employee turnover rates.
- Support beauty classes and provide short services across departments.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising specifications.
- Maintain assortment and merchandise.
- Ensure sales floor is fully stocked and prepare products for sale.
- Clean furniture and products on the sales floor.
- Manage warehousing and stocking of goods.
- Support merchandising updates and conversions.
- Operate cash register and perform additional daily business tasks.
- Comparable experience or interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy sectors.
- First experience in retail and customer service.
- Fluent in English or native language of the country.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Team spirit with an open, motivating, and friendly manner.
- Organized and reliable with a communicative approach.
- Creativity and innovation-driven mindset.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and mindset.
Beginner level experience in retail or customer service is required.
