- Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Enhance staff productivity and engagement.
- Manage stock availability and replenishment efficiency.
- Adhere to operational routines and compliance standards.
- Achieve turnover targets and develop the category.
- Control key retail figures such as MS, IPT, AVB, CR, and service numbers.
- Conduct scheduled inventory checks.
- Maintain low sickness and employee turnover rates.
- Support beauty classes and provide short services across departments.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising specifications.
- Maintain assortment and merchandise.
- Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and products are prepared for sale.
- Clean furniture and products on the sales floor.
- Manage warehousing and stocking of goods.
- Assist with merchandising updates and inventories.
- Operate the cash register and perform additional daily business tasks.
- Fluent in English or the native language of the country.
- Experience in retail, beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or gastronomy sectors.
- First experience in advising and customer interaction.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Communicative, reliable, and organized.
- Team spirit with an open, motivating, and friendly manner.
- People-oriented with creativity and innovation.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and mindset.
Beginner level experience in retail or related fields, with a focus on customer interaction and advisory roles.
