1. Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service quality.
2. Enhance staff productivity and engagement through effective management.
3. Maintain stock availability and ensure efficient replenishment processes.
4. Adhere to operational routines and compliance standards.
5. Achieve turnover targets and develop the category.
6. Control retail key figures such as market share, items per transaction, average basket value, and conversion rate.
7. Conduct scheduled inventory checks and manage employee turnover.
8. Support beauty classes and provide short services across all departments.
9. Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising specifications.
10. Maintain assortment and merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked.
11. Prepare products for sale and maintain cleanliness of furniture and products on the sales floor.
12. Manage warehousing and stocking of goods both in the warehouse and on the sales floor.
13. Assist with merchandising updates and conduct inventories.
14. Operate cash register and perform additional tasks related to daily business operations.

1. Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy sector.
2. First experience in retail and customer advising.
3. Fluency in English or the native language of the country.

Beginner level experience in retail or customer service is required.
