- Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service quality.
- Enhance staff productivity and engagement through effective management.
- Maintain stock availability and ensure efficient replenishment processes.
- Adhere to operational routines and compliance standards.
- Achieve turnover targets and develop the category.
- Control retail key figures such as market share, items per transaction, average basket value, and conversion rate.
- Conduct scheduled inventory checks and manage employee turnover.
- Support beauty classes and provide short services across all departments.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising specifications.
- Maintain assortment and merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked.
- Prepare products for sale and maintain cleanliness of furniture and products on the sales floor.
- Manage warehousing and stocking of goods both in the warehouse and on the sales floor.
- Assist with merchandising updates and conduct inventories.
- Operate cash register and perform additional tasks related to daily business operations.
- Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy sector.
- First experience in retail and customer advising.
- Fluency in English or the native language of the country.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
- Communicative, reliable, and organized with a team spirit.
- Open, motivating, and friendly demeanor.
Beginner level experience in retail or customer service is required.
