- Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Enhance staff productivity and engagement.
- Manage stock availability and replenishment efficiency.
- Adhere to operational routines and compliance.
- Achieve turnover targets and develop the category.
- Control key retail figures such as MS, IPT, AVB, and CR.
- Conduct scheduled inventory checks.
- Maintain low sickness and employee turnover rates.
- Support beauty classes and short services across departments.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain assortment and merchandise.
- Keep the sales floor fully stocked and prepare products for sale.
- Clean furniture and products on the sales floor.
- Manage warehousing and stocking of goods.
- Assist with merchandising updates and inventory processes.
- Operate the cash register and perform additional daily business tasks.
- Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy sector.
- First experience in retail and customer advisement.
- Fluent in English or the native language of the country.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
- Strong team spirit and organizational skills.
- Open, motivating, and friendly demeanor.
Beginner level experience in retail or customer service is required.
