- Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback to enhance service quality.

- Manage stock availability and ensure efficient replenishment processes.

- Control key retail figures such as MS, IPT, AVB, CR, and service numbers.
- Conduct scheduled inventory checks and maintain stock accuracy.
- Support beauty classes and provide short services across departments.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain assortment and merchandise, ensuring sales floor readiness.
- Operate cash registers and handle daily business tasks.
- Experience or interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy sectors.
- First experience in retail, particularly in customer advising and interaction.
- Fluency in English or the native language of the country.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Strong organizational and reliability skills.
- Team spirit with an open, motivating, and friendly demeanor.
- Good knowledge of beauty industry trends.
Beginner level experience in retail or customer service environments.
