1. Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service.
2. Enhance staff productivity and engagement.
3. Manage stock availability and replenishment efficiently.
4. Adhere to operational routines and compliance standards.
5. Achieve turnover targets and develop the beauty category.
6. Monitor and control key retail metrics such as MS, IPT, AVB, CR, and service numbers.
7. Conduct scheduled inventory checks and manage sickness and employee turnover rates.
8. Support beauty classes and provide short services across all departments.
9. Maintain product presentation according to visual merchandising guidelines.
10. Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and prepare products for sale.
11. Clean and maintain furniture and products on the sales floor.
12. Assist with warehousing and stocking of goods both in the warehouse and on the sales floor.
13. Support merchandising updates and conduct inventories.
14. Operate the cash register and perform additional daily business tasks.

1. Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy sectors.
2. First experience in retail and customer advisory roles.

1. Excellent communication skills with customers.
2. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
3. Fluency in English or the native language of the country.
4. Communicative, reliable, and organized with a team spirit.
5. Open, motivating, and friendly demeanor.

Beginner level experience in retail or customer service roles.
