- Provide active support and expert advice to customers across all departments, including makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance.
- Share knowledge of products, trends, and innovations within the beauty industry.
- Perform brief services in various departments to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a fully stocked sales floor and prepare products for sale.
- Manage inventory and stock both in the warehouse and on the sales floor.
- Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or hospitality sectors.
- Initial experience in retail, customer service, and client interaction.
- Excellent communication skills in customer interactions.
- Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
- Fluency in English or the local language.
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
Competitive salary with a monthly bonus based on sales targets.
