1. Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
2. Manage sales by adhering to company standards for makeup and uniform, offering consultation and product selection assistance.
3. Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as brand and regional training sessions, to maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
4. Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
5. Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
6. Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
