- Deliver personalised consultations in makeup, skincare and fragrance aligned with Sephora’s service standards to maximise customer satisfaction and conversion.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to team KPI objectives through active selling, product recommendations and clienteling.
- Execute daily store operations as delegated by store management, including cashiering, point-of-sale transactions and correct application of promotions and CRM policies.
- Maintain visual merchandising and product displays to Sephora standards; replenish shelves and attend to tester cleanliness and presentation.
- Manage stock activities: receiving, returns, cycle counts and FIFO handling to preserve inventory accuracy and minimise shrinkage.
- Participate in mandatory brand and corporate training programs, share learnings with colleagues and support peer development and succession pathways.
- Adhere strictly to hygiene rules, company policies and standard operating procedures; perform other duties as assigned by store management.

Entry-level role; prior retail or beauty sales experience is advantageous. Candidates with up to 2 years’ experience in cosmetics or luxury retail are preferred but motivated newcomers with strong customer-service aptitude will be considered.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training or certification in cosmetology/beauty is an advantage.
