1. Deliver personalised consultations in makeup, skincare and fragrance aligned with Sephora’s service standards to maximise customer satisfaction and conversion.
2. Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to team KPI objectives through active selling, product recommendations and clienteling.
3. Execute daily store operations as delegated by store management, including cashiering, point-of-sale transactions and correct application of promotions and CRM policies.
4. Maintain visual merchandising and product displays to Sephora standards; replenish shelves and attend to tester cleanliness and presentation.
5. Manage stock activities: receiving, returns, cycle counts and FIFO handling to preserve inventory accuracy and minimise shrinkage.
6. Participate in mandatory brand and corporate training programs, share learnings with colleagues and support peer development and succession pathways.
7. Adhere strictly to hygiene rules, company policies and standard operating procedures; perform other duties as assigned by store management.

Entry-level role; prior retail or beauty sales experience is advantageous. Candidates with up to 2 years’ experience in cosmetics or luxury retail are preferred but motivated newcomers with strong customer-service aptitude will be considered.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training or certification in cosmetology/beauty is an advantage.
