- Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, providing expert consultation and product selection advice to customers.
- Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as various brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Maintain responsibility for product displays, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers in assigned areas.
- Process customer transactions following cashiering procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.
