1. Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
2. Manage sales by adhering to company standards for makeup and uniform presentation, offering expert advice and product recommendations.
3. Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as brand-specific and in-store training sessions to maintain product knowledge.
4. Oversee the management of designated areas, ensuring product displays are prepared and shelves and drawers are kept clean.
5. Perform cashier duties following standard operating procedures and cash handling processes.
6. Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
