1. Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.

3. Participate in and complete foundational training and examinations at Sephora University, as well as various brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
4. Prepare and maintain product displays in assigned areas, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
5. Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
6. Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
