1. Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
2. Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product recommendations.
3. Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as brand and regional training sessions.
4. Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
5. Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
6. Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
