1. Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
2. Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection assistance to customers.
3. Participate in and complete foundational training and assessments at Sephora University, as well as brand and regional training sessions.
4. Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
5. Perform cashier duties by following established procedures and standard operating protocols.
6. Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
