1. Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.

3. Participate in and complete foundational training and assessments at Sephora University, as well as various brand and regional training sessions.
4. Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers in the assigned area.
5. Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
6. Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
