1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively and provide makeovers as required.
4. Ensure completion of 'in-depth' brand training for team members and pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to the Manager.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
7. Be knowledgeable of special events and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.
8. Understand cashier functions as designated.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
