1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting clients with product selections in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Conduct makeovers and communicate product knowledge to clients to enhance their shopping experience.
3. Complete brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge to better serve clients.
4. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to management.
5. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures and participate in programs to reduce loss.
6. Be knowledgeable about special events and cashier functions within the store.
