1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and provide courteous service.
3. Determine clients' needs and suggest suitable products.
4. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients.
5. Perform makeovers as required.
6. Ensure completion of in-depth brand training for team members.
7. Pursue additional product knowledge and cross-train other Beauty Advisors.
8. Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to the Manager.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
10. Be informed about special events and store animations.
11. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
12. Be knowledgeable of cashier functions.

1. 1-3 years of experience in retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
