1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients with enthusiasm and offering knowledgeable assistance in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable products, offering makeovers when necessary.
3. Complete in-depth brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
4. Participate in inventory control and communicate any inventory issues to the Manager.
5. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures and be aware of special store events.
6. Contribute to programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
7. Possess knowledge of cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

3. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including days, nights, and weekends.
