1. Provide exceptional and knowledgeable service to clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs, suggesting suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients and perform makeovers as required.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to the Manager.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures and be aware of special events within the store.
7. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
8. Be knowledgeable about cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or the service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
4. Flexible work schedule, including availability for days, nights, and weekends.
