1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate expertise in makeup application techniques and skincare routines.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new product launches at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events, enhancing client engagement.
6. Assist with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) services, ensuring seamless client experiences.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and ability to react promptly to dynamic situations.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Prior experience in a retail environment, particularly in beauty or fashion, is preferred.

$19.75 - $24.21 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and other non-discriminatory factors.
