- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate product application, showcasing expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products available at Sephora.
- Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Participate in sales and promotional events, contributing to the store's success.
- Assist clients with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) and ensure excellent service during order pickups.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.
- Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
- Passion for client service and beauty.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Resilience and the ability to react to situations in the moment.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to stay updated with beauty trends.
- Proficiency in makeup application and skincare routines.
- Organizational skills to maintain store standards.
Beginner level experience in retail or a related field is preferred.
$18.25 - $22.38 per hour, dependent on qualifications and relevant experience.
