1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients with enthusiasm and offering knowledgeable assistance across Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Assess client needs and recommend suitable products, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
3. Conduct makeovers and communicate product knowledge effectively to clients.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and actively seek additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to management.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
7. Stay informed about special events and store animations.
8. Assist in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
9. Possess knowledge of cashier functions and operations.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

Compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 - CAD$24.80, depending on qualifications and experience.
