1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to all clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients and perform makeovers as required.
4. Ensure completion of in-depth brand training for designated team members and pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate inventory issues to the Manager.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
7. Be informed about special events and animations within the store.
8. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
9. Be knowledgeable of cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels clearly and concisely.
3. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or service industry is required.

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 - CAD$24.80, depending on qualifications and experience.
