1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to understand clients' beauty goals and recommend suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application with expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
3. Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and new product launches at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events to drive engagement and sales.
6. Assist with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) and ensure excellent client service during order pickups.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

1. Prior work experience in retail or a related field.

3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and ability to react promptly to situations.
5. Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$19.75 - $24.21 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
