1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients and provide makeovers as required.
4. Ensure completion of in-depth brand training for team members and pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate any inventory issues to the Manager.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures and be informed about special events within the store.
7. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss and be knowledgeable of cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or service industry is required.
