4. Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$20.85 - $25.54/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including qualifications for the position and relevant experience.
