1. Provide exceptional and knowledgeable service to clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest appropriate products.
3. Conduct makeovers for clients as required.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Cross-train other Beauty Advisors to enhance team capabilities.
6. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to management.
7. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
8. Stay informed about special events and animations within the store.
9. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
10. Be knowledgeable of cashier functions as designated.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

3. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
