1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients with enthusiasm and assisting them with their beauty needs.
2. Offer expert advice on cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance products, tailoring recommendations to individual client requirements.
3. Conduct makeovers and product demonstrations as needed to enhance client experience.
4. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to the manager.
5. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
6. Stay informed about special events and promotions within the store.
7. Engage in continuous product knowledge training and cross-train other Beauty Advisors.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or the service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.

2. Proficient in product knowledge across cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance.
3. Ability to influence and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

One to three years of experience in retail or the service industry is required.
