1. Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients.
2. Demonstrate extensive product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.

4. Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators set by Sephora Canada.
5. Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

1. Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
2. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships.

4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Beginner level experience in retail or a client-focused environment is required.

Compensation ranges between CAD$18.85 - CAD$23.55 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
