1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet all clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients and perform makeovers as required.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Cross-train other Beauty Advisors and participate in inventory control.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures and communicate inventory issues to the Manager.
7. Participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss and be knowledgeable of special events within the store.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.

Compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 - CAD$24.80, depending on qualifications and experience.
