1. Provide exceptional and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients and perform makeovers as required.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to the Manager.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
7. Stay informed about special events and animations within the store.
8. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
9. Be knowledgeable of cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners effectively.
3. Flexibility in work schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or service industry is required.

Compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 - CAD$24.80 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
