1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients with enthusiasm and offering knowledgeable assistance in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Identify client needs and recommend suitable products to meet those needs.
3. Conduct makeovers and communicate product knowledge effectively to clients.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate any inventory issues to the Manager.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
7. Stay informed about special events and animations within the store.
8. Contribute to programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
9. Be knowledgeable about cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in the retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.

Compensation ranges between CAD$19.40 - CAD$22.80 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
